Passion for Purity Seminars
In cultures saturated in sex and distorted ideas of how women and men should look or act, young people everywhere have to take a stand and fight for the purity that their Maker has entrusted them with. But there is a change in the wind; God is raising up a generation that is willing to fight for what the enemy has taken away.
LightForce International Ministries is committed to this fight. In addition to reaching out to exploited women and children, it is our heart to help women restore a standard of purity in their hearts and lives.
Vision
These conferences, themed Passion and Purity, are specifically designed to target young women ages 13 to 21 and restore the hope of innocence. The vision of these seminars is to educate women on love, sex, dating, and marriage from a Godly, Biblical perspective.
In addition to education, we use these seminars as a means of prevention. In many parts of Central America, even where the Christian church is present, sexual abuse is rampant. Families and churches remain silent because no one talks openly about the subject and they do not know how to properly address it, thus allowing for further abuse and exploitation.
The message of hope, restoration, and grace is crucially needed alongside the message of guarding the heart. Many times sex is a subject that is taboo. Christians do not want to talk about it because of our culture’s perversion; however, how easily do we forget that God was the author of sex and romance too! LightForce’s heart is to talk about the original intention of sex along with the joy of it within a covenant relationship between a man and a woman.
We are in this fight too; we know that it is hard to keep ourselves pure in a generation that says it feels so good and it is so easy. We want more than instant gratification. God has entrusted us with a precious gift that, when given at the right time, can produce the deep intimacy we long for as humans.

The Passion for Purity seminars are designed to transcend culture. In addition to Central America, LightForce has begun conducting these in the United States.
Seminars conducted in the United States are used as fundraisers. We charge a small fee for U.S. participants in order to provide youth in impoverished areas the same opportunity to attend the seminars.
